Who is this book about?
Everything is computed from the reader's birth facts, so the answers that follow should be theirs.
What is your first name?
The name on the birth certificate, even if you go by something shorter day to day. The name chapters read the letters you were actually born with.
And your middle name?
Almost everyone leaves this one out, and it's the one that changes the answer. Every letter of the name you were born with gets counted. Leave a whole name out and the numbers come back different, and you'll read chapters about someone who isn't you.
Two middle names? Write both, spelled the way the birth certificate spells them.
And your last name?
The surname on the birth certificate, even if it has changed since.
Is every letter exactly right?
One changed letter changes the mathematics. This is the spelling the book will trust.
What should the book call you?
This is the name printed and spoken to throughout the book. Most people keep it short, first name only, but it's yours to set.
What should we call you, he or she?
When were you born?
The date sets the sky. On its own it already fixes the Sun sign, the Life Path, and the moon it was born under.
What time?
The exact time sets the finer instruments: the Rising sign, the houses, the Human Design.
Worth checking first: US long-form birth certificates usually record it, and mothers remember more than you'd think.
And where?
The place draws the planets where they stood over that spot. It is also what pins the hour to a timezone, so everything else lands on the exact minute.
